Somatic Breathwork, specially curated music and EES come together for a deeply immersive and unique experience, this alchemy fast tracks the release of old stories, speeds up resolution and positive integration, resetting your whole system on a cellular level, as well as mental, energetic and physical. This Session will be steeped in my usual somatic work, guiding the breath to seep into the tissues and be soaked up by the cells whilst remaining in the body, intimate and present.

Fee - 60 euros.* Water, tea, mats, cushions, eye masks, bolsters, blankets are all provided.

What else to note - Don’t eat heavily before the session, avoid to much caffeine, wear comfortable clothes, maybe bring a journal, keep your day light after.
