Love Notes - An Online Somatic Breathwork.

A sweet and powerful honouring of what was and an offering into what wants to begin.

Allow time after to pause and ease into your evening.

We often start the year with big expectation, with action plans and forced intentions but actually it’s a very sweet time to reflect, hold a flame to what we moved through, feel into what’s completed, recognise what we are leaving behind and slowly embody the wisdom we are moving forward with.

This awareness keeps everything authentically aligned, if you rush this time with control it maybe an old pattern creeping in.. and those old programs, conditions and limiting belief don’t belong in your life in 2026, you’ve worked to hard and been through to much to let that happen… right!?

This is the art of true, soul aligned manifestation.

In this FREE session we will feel in these very important, clear, powerful question..

  • What was your toughest moment of 2025?

  • Where did you grow? What did you learn?

  • What is complete even if you still have some threads attached?

  • What is your current biggest test?

  • Where are you no longer willing to pretend, lie, perform

  • What and who feels like home and aligned, what and who is the past?

  • What drama are you dropping, what brings you ease and simplicity.

  • What am I devoted to becoming? What’s my deepest authentic, current desire.

  • What is my statement for 2026, what is my word for 2026

  • Maybe start feeling into these before the session?
