Somatic Breathwork, specially curated music and the EES come together for a deeply immersive and unique experience, this alchemy fast tracks the release of old stories, speeds up resolution and positive integration, resetting your whole system on a cellular level, as well as mental, energetic and physical. This Session is steeped in my usual somatic work, guiding the breath to seep into the tissues remaining deeply connected in the body, regulating your mind and returning everything back home to wholeness.

Fee - 50 euros.* Water, tea, snacks, beds, cushions, eye masks, bolsters, blankets etc are all provided.

*This fee will be retained if cancelled without 24 hours notice.
What else to note - Don’t eat heavily before the session, please avoid too much caffeine, wear comfortable clothes, maybe bring a journal, keep your day light after. You’re also welcome to bring your supplements, vitamins etc to be charged in the energy room.
