Somatic Breathwork, specially curated music and EES come together for a deeply immersive and unique experience, this alchemy fast tracks the release of old stories, speeds up resolution and positive integration, resetting your whole system on a cellular level, as well as mental, energetic and physical. These sessions are steeped in Leanna’s skill of somatic psychology and strong space holding, deep anchored presence and love.

What else to note - Don’t eat heavily before the session, please avoid too much caffeine, wear comfortable clothes, maybe bring a journal, keep your day light after. Upon booking you will receive a health questionnaire, location and prep.
